Your success in life can be measured by your career choices and goal attainment, whether you select a job, a college career or vocational training. In Tampa Bay, there are opportunities for achieving success, regardless of your career path.
Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance offers you a chance to determine your career path. Learn about your career interests through career exploration, leadership training and simulated work experiences. Limited space is available for young adults 17 to 19 years of age who meet selection criteria.
Our Employment and Leadership Exploration program provides tracks for 17 to 19 year olds to experience virtual work experiences. Work in teams to learn real business practices, produce a project and earn incentives as you go.
