mentoring and advocacy services to in- and out-of school youth, ages 14-21, providing high school students the opportunity to parallel work readiness skills and basic education skills. |

under-employed 21 year olds have opportunities to engage in activities to better prepare for work, including targeted training that includes academic and career assessment, computer skills improvement and work readiness seminars. |
