Individual Employment Plan
TBWA career managers will work with candidates to develop an individualized plan of action by assessing skill level, education and training. Each plan is specifically crafted to successfully secure employment. The process outlines opportunities and implements objectives to follow.
Transition Assistance Program (TAP)
TBWA established the Transition Assistance Program at MacDill Air Force Base to prepare separating military personnel on resume preparation, interviewing techniques and salary negotiation tips. It also offers targeted career fairs, labor market information as well as support for spouses and services on location.
Services to Military Spouses
We provide workforce related services to the spouses of service men and women who served in the military. TBWA offers spouses the necessary tools needed for a smooth transition into a new community, assist in the job searching process and help prepare for employment.
