The Award
The Business Excellence Awards are presented to companies that have demonstrated a track record in sound hiring and retention practices, including; diversity hiring, training initiatives, advancement opportunities and efficient use of technology in recruiting and retaining talent.
Selection Criteria
Companies nominated for the award must demonstrate excellence in the following:
Access - how easy does the company make it for the job candidates to access the company for employment
Retention - the company has programs in place to retain good talent
Training - the company consistently offers training and professional development for employees at all levels
Diversity - the company publishes a corporate philosophy on diversity recruiting
Advancement - the company offers opportunities for advancement
Use of Technology - the company uses technology effectively and efficiently to hire and retain the best talent
