Business Associations Program

A Source of Funding for Business Associations and Chambers of Commerce

Your Chamber or Business Association could earn up to $250 per member/employer for their job referrals. As well, publishing timely articles on CareerSource Tampa Bay's activities in your newsletters or e-mail blasts can earn your association another $250. If one of your members sponsors a CareerSource Tampa Bay Job Fair, your association will receive $100.

How it Works:
First, members/employers register through www.employflorida.com and take advantage of the many services available. When job openings occur, the employer posts his job order on Employ Florida Marketplace. They make of copy of the job order and send it to the chamber or business association. The chamber or association will then forward the job order to
CareerSource Tampa Bay with an invoice for payment of $50. Each employer may submit up to 5 job orders per year for a total of up to $250.

Restrictions:
Only Hillsborough County employers are eligible to participate. Job openings must pay at least $12.00 per hour.

Personal Assistance:
Once you submit a job order, you will be contacted by a
CareerSource Tampa Bay staff member for personal assistance in helping to make the job match!
