Prior to joining TBWA, Stewart served as Chief Operating Officer for Town & Country Hospital in Tampa, and as Associate Administrator of Memorial Hospital of Tampa. He brings to TBWA more than 20 years of leadership and management experience. While in the United States Air Force he earned the rank of Major in the Medical Service Corps. During his service in the Air Force he held various positions, including Chief Information Officer for the 6th Medical Group at MacDill AFB, FL, and Director of the Department of Defense Biomedical Engineering Training School at Sheppard AFB, TX.

Stewart earned a bachelor’s degree from Wayland Baptist University with a major in Business and Healthcare Administration, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Baylor University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Prior to joining Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance, she served as senior analyst for the state’s Wages Board and served in various positions in private sector companies.

Ms. Brinkley is a graduate of the University of Tampa with a dual major in Business Management and Management Information Systems and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Prior to joining TBWA, Blount served as regional director for employment services at the Flagler-Volusia County Workforce Development Board, and as chief of staff for the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Tallahassee. With more than 20 years of leadership and management experience, his background includes senior roles at the South Florida Water Management District, and the Departments of Environmental Protection and Labor and Employment Security.

Mr. Blount is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in public administration, and a master’s degree in public administration management. Blount has also completed course work toward a doctorate of educational leadership in administration and supervision.
