Training

Employee training is integral to business success. Because we live in a global environment with constant workplace shifts and competitive demands, TBWA endorses lifelong learning and provides employers access to training services for demand-driven certification and training programs.

These training services are offered to strengthen or upgrade the professional skills of a company’s workforce at no or little cost to the company. Through our On-the-Job Training and Employed Worker Training, TBWA can help improve your competitive edge, retain employees and maximize employee productivity.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) helps companies attract and retain a qualified workforce through skills training while on the job.  Companies can engage their trainees in productive work while acquiring knowledge and skills essential to job performance.

Employed Worker Training (EWT) provides opportunities for qualified businesses to train existing employees.  The skills your employees gain help your company achieve greater employee retention, maximum productivity and market competitiveness.  Applications for employers interested in EWT must be received by Friday, September 24, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.  If you are interested in EWT please click here for a copy of the application and more information.

To speak to a representative about either of these training opportunities or other TBWA services, contact Business Services at (813) 930-7570.
