2010 Business Excellence Award

Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance annually recognizes local companies demonstrating sound recruitment and retention practices with its Business Excellence Award. Be among the few to boast about your commitment to excellence and the employee programs that make you one of the best companies in the Tampa Bay area. Recipients will be announced at an awards reception and receive up to $15,000 in Competitive Edge Awards for employee training.
Selection Criteria
Companies nominated for the award must demonstrate excellence in the following:
Access - how easy does the company make it for the job candidates to access the company for employment
Retention - the company has programs in place to retain good talent
Training - the company consistently offers training and professional development for employees at all levels
Diversity - the company publishes a corporate philosophy on diversity recruiting
Advancement - the company offers opportunities for advancement
Use of Technology - the company uses technology effectively and efficiently to hire and retain the best talent
Entry Process
The application process for 2010 will open in Spring 2010.
